Will I Lose My Metafields if I Uninstall the App?

No. Uninstalling Metafield Studio will not delete your metafields.

Metafields are stored in the Shopify database independently of any application. They persist regardless of which apps are installed or uninstalled.

However, keep in mind:

• Theme extension blocks will be removed if the app is uninstalled
• Your metafield data remains safely stored in Shopify and can be accessed by reinstalling the app or using any other metafield management tool
