Metafields Sort Order and Advanced Filters

Metafield Studio provides powerful filtering and sorting for managing large numbers of metafields. Available on all plans including Free.

Filter Options​

Namespace Filtering​

Filter metafields by namespace. Supports multiple search keys enter several namespace values to see metafields from multiple groupings at once.

Value Type Filtering​

Filter by metafield data type to quickly find all text, number, date, or other specific types.

Status Filtering​

Toggle between:

  • All metafields Show everything
  • Unsaved changes only Show only metafields with pending modifications

Combining Filters​

All filters and sorting options can be combined for precise metafield selection. For example, filter by namespace "shipping" AND type "text" AND sort by key alphabetically.

Filters and sort order settings affect how metafields are displayed within Metafield Studio only. They do not change how metafields appear on your storefront, in third-party apps, or in integrations.
